A friend of mine taped this off public access many years ago.. Ever since, we've been trying to figure out what the name of the band is. I think it's one of funniest videos I've ever seen.

What's it?
This blog is associated with a radio program called LATE NIGHT NOISE which airs live on 91.7 WXCI in Danbury, CT Monday nights, normally from 10PM until 1AM (with a post-show of LNN mixes after 1AM). The show focuses within a broad range of experimental music, noisy music, weird music, and outsider artists.
