We're back baby!
The CT University system has announced new Covid Phase Two restrictions, and once again the WCSU student center and the WXCI studio are inaccessible until further notice. In the meantime, Late Night Noise will continue pre-recording shorter shows remotely from Brooklyn (NYC) and sending them to Danbury.
We kind of lost our minds pre-recording some of the past year of shows. It takes a very long time to do the voice tracking and rendering. Kind of a bummer.
The solution: LNN Winter/Spring 2021 will focus primarily on the first hour of the show. Most stuff played after this will include special content like longer DJ sets or deep dives into our "Best of Late Night Noise" archives and other recordings we've been holding onto. We're gonna try to have some fun with these, locating some noteworthy guests and discussion.
And because it's mandatory, we will also continue spinning Lil B The BasedGod every week -- probably earlier, around 11PM instead of midnight. Stay safe!
