08.21.07 Happy Solar Eclipse Day

Danbury experience 69% blockage from the sun, and coincidentally the 1:30-4:30 shift happened throughout its entirety. So we ended up doing a fun "eclipse soundtrack" show purposely avoiding "Total Eclipse Of The Heart," "Blinded By The Light" or Dark Side Of The Moon although we should have probably played some Floyd from "Obscured By Clouds" era since it was partly cloudly and/or overcast in Danbury.

Caribou "Sun"
TV On The Radio "Staring At The Sun"
Ringo Deathstarr "Stare At The Sun"
The Kinks "Sunny Afternoon"
The Beatles "Sun King"
The Velvet Underground "Who Loves The Sun"
Central Line "Walking Into Sunshine"
Clipse "Ride Around Shining"
Soundgarden "Black Hole Sun"
Donovan "Sunshine Superman"
Sifl & Olly interview the sun
N.E.R.D. "Run To The Sun"
U2 "Staring At The Sun"
TV On The Radio "Blind"
Grand finale: Korn "Blind"

**Back to regular programming**

That Dog "Never Say Never"

Maneka "Dracula"

Queens of the Stone Age "The Evil Has Landed"
