Carlos Santana's still got it
If there was any doubt that Santana still had it in him to do what he does, or that million year old Clive Davis still could support an album that would be released commercially, or that Rob Thomas was still alive, here is proof of all three things. Make sure and get on top of this while its still fresh, or you will regret it when all your friends are like "OMG! DYHTNCSAFRTACC?" You don't want that to be you.

and here's some heartthrob for you.
Anyway, this looks like the album of the year for us, and it's really been a great few weeks with the apparent leak of Ke$ha b-sides or something through youtube, unless they're copycat songs, which is still awesome.

9-20-10 playlist
Another triumphant show... We had some guests in the studio who made a brilliant announcement: "Hi this is Steve, and I'm Jon, and I'm Steve, and we're Ripoff, and we love WICC!!" It's moments like that where I really wish I would record this show more often.
Good playlist too, although I didn't realize The Cenobites' track contained so much profanity, which is strange considering I've played it over the air 2 or 3 times before.. and plus its youtube video has been posted somewhere on this blog. Sometimes the curse words don't even register as profanity for me... And that's why we're a Late Night show.
Oh, and P.S. ... WTF! Over the past week, TWO other shows have emerged on WXCI's schedule also using the phrase "Late Night!!" How 'bout some originality, kids? We already have the market cornered on late night shows, and I will be discussing this matter with our P.D. in due time. There's only room for one Late Night on WXCI. Now and forever!!

time for the bi-weekly "hey let's steal some stuff from altered zones" post
Had I known earlier we could've thrown on some Crown Heights Affair on tonight's show, but I guess we'll have to stream it from Altered Zones...

Iggy Pop
Put on some other music, and then watch this video with the sound off
I went to go see lady gaga tonight. She played this instrument.
She also rolled around covered in blood babbling about Jesus with a statue of an angel that was bleeding and burning at the same time. Epic.
