Late Night Noise is effectively dead, but we did return to WXCI for the 2023 Mixtape, broken into a 4 part series for the first and only time. Instead of all in one day, it was broken into two-hour chunks that aired every Tuesday from 3pm to 5pm for 4 weeks during winter session. This somehow did not make it any easier to complete than in previous years. It just felt like the show was being produced for 4 weeks straight, because producing movie and TV podcasts is surprisingly labor intensive. So this will not happen again. But it came out pretty well.

2023 Movies Roundtable Discussion (December 26, 2023 & January 2, 2024)
Here's the biggest reason why this show came together at all. Most of the time slot was spent discussing movies and TV in a podcast type of setting. Just like last year, Nick Reinhart and Jobber Kate
joined the show to talk movies. Nick initially came prepared to discuss some classic film recommendations, which turned into a welcome "side quest" feature by the time we got to our 4th best of the year. (Font colors correspond to individual participants.)

My choices were "worst." Nick's were "most disappointing" picks. Kate's choices mixed "worst" with movies that bored her to sleep.
